To help you feel more comfortable, I want to answer as many questions as possible. Here we address the most Frequently Asked Questions to save you time and confusion.

If I like the way another site looks can I have you copy it?
Yes and no. I would not copy it exactly, but if you really like certain elements of the site I would build your site around that structure.

How do we get started?
Just drop me an email and I will contact you. All jobs require a 50% non-refundable down and the remainder upon completion before posting. I will work with you to accurately quote for design, hosting and domain registration (whichever you may need).

Will you come to my place of business to take pictures?
That is not a problem if you are in the Harris, Galveston or Washington Counties. I have the latest equipment to capture high resolution images of your business and products.

Do you do anything besides websites?
I mainly handle websites, but I also offer other creative services to my customers. I can produce any form of print materials from tri-fold brochures to logo design, newspaper and magazine ads, plus much more.

Do you only serve the Houston area?
Not at all, I have clients in many areas across the United States. I handle all communication either by phone or email, eliminating travel keeps your costs down.

How long will it take to get my site up and running?
This depends on several factors. I can usually get a site up in around two-three weeks from the time I receive your information. Upon recieving the 50% deposit, I would register your domain (usually 1 working day), line up your hosting (usually 2 working days) and design and deliver your first draft of your website (usually 10-15 working days).

Will you write the content for my website?
The majority of clients I see have a "game plan" for their website and have the copy already composed for me to use. I do not specialize in creative writing, but I can develop the content from your company's literature such as a brochure. This is what I do for some of the websites I build. If you do not have any literature, you can contact my friend Denise Bonniwell at DCB Communications. She can coordinate the project from start to finish, including writing the copy and then turning the project over to me to complete.

Do I get email with my domain hosting?
Yes, I will set you up with custom email addresses for your domain. I can also set you up with email forwards. What does that mean? It means that you will have an email "alias". Say you want yourname@yourdomain.com, I would just map that address to an existing email address you already have and all emails would "forward" to it.
